Because If We Don’t Fight For Them, Who Will!
Constitutional Issues & Concerns
In short, the Constitution serves as a foundational document in this Country since its existence. It serves as
the embodiment of all our cultural values and our core belief system. At its very core, it is a system of
amendments and the bill of rights.
The governing principles underlying the Constitution serve as the foundation of all that we find sacred in
this Country. Contrary to popular belief, these principles in some way, shape, or form apply to all
governmental actors, businesses, and individuals alike. Every law, whether it be the Americans with
Disabilities Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, or Age Discrimination in Employment Act, all of them
embody the Constitutional
values we hold so dear.
Our system of government is set up of a 2-tier system—a Federal, or centralized body, and a State, or
otherwise, local body. Not only is there the U.S. Constitution, but also State Constitution’s alike. Similar to
the Federal Government, each state alike has a similar core constitutional document which discusses
things such as the right to bear arms, individual freedoms, freedoms of speech, freedom of expression, etc.
This firm stands proud to defend both a business and an individual’s constitutional freedoms, advancing our
political culture in this society and ensuring that future generations can enjoy the same rights and freedoms
that we enjoy. Issue such as bodily integrity, religious freedoms, and rights to privacy, all must be
zealously protected, less they will be
erased from our books.
While sometimes it seems like an insurmountable challenge, with businesses enjoying a slice of the devils
pie, laying in bed with their oppressive governmental actors, our firm is here to help stand besides you, to
help fight for you, and help you speak loudly and carry a big stick when it seems like you have been
silenced.
When it seems that the “checks and balances” has failed you, we are here to level the playing field. We are
here to ensure that you do not get swept into the hype, and serve to give you a fighting chance.
Unlike other firms, we try our best to make the very basics of justice available to all. We offer very
competitive and affordable rates, we are willing to assist and offer our services in fund raising, and we
serve as an aggressive advocate for your interest. We try our best to serve because as a company, and as
a mantra, we genuinely believe that we either all stand and fight together, or else we die alone.
A list of constitutional interest that we serve involve categories such as:
● Your right to freedom of or from religion, speech, press, assembly, and petition.
●Your right to keep and bear arms.
●Your due process rights, right to be free from self-incrimination and right to be free from double
jeopardy.
● Your right to be judged by your peers.
●Your right to be free from rule and unusual punishment.
●Your right to be in charge of your own body—what goes in and what comes out.
● Your right to be free from government overreach and encroachment. This also applies to private
actors who also assert such government functions.
The harsh reality is that when it comes to constitutional law and aggressively challenging the majority, it is a
very uphill fight. We will lose friends. We will lose standing in our communities. We will lose time. We will
lose money.
But while sometimes they may take all of that away from you—but the one thing they will
never take away is your pride.
Live with pride. Live with passion.
Fight for what is right. And most certainly, above all
let us help get
you there.
